• Market Analysis to Pinpoint List Price This will consider a number of factors including, the home’s condition, the local market conditions in the county, town, & area, comparative home sales, relevant homes under contract, 
• Open Public Records Search (OPRA) Request The town keeps records regarding tax information and property changes that may affect the sale of the home. We’ll help you fill in the request form to the town.
• Paperwork We’ll send you the full package and go over each document with you! The basic listing package will include the Listing Agreement, Attorney General’s Memorandum, Consumer Information Statement, Consent to Dual Disclosure, Seller’s Disclosure, Lead Based Paint Disclosure
• Staging & cleanout Let’s get your home ready to be seen by the public!
• Photography Shot by a professional photographer, we’ll use these pictures for the listing and marketing materials
• Marketing We will create social media campaigns, targeted ad placements, and highlight site pages to gain exposure & anticipation for your home’s listing
